1. By completion of registration and payment of the relevant fees, you confirm that you are an authorised invitee to attend the LCI MTM Middle European Region 2022 in Liège, Belgium in person. You are also required to have a valid travel insurance plan in place.
2. In the event that you are not an authorised attendee, LCI 2020 ry reserves the right to cancel your registration with immediate effect. Fees paid by you will only be refunded when the cancellation falls within the cancellation period for registration – all costs, such as bank charges and processing fees, relating to any payments and refunds will be for your own account.
3. All bank charges and processing fees for payment are for your own account.
4. Refunds for cancellations received from authorised attendees until December 1st 2022 will be made, subject to the fact that all transaction and processing fees are for your account and not that of LCI 2020 ry.
a. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after December 1st 2022. If cancellation is made before 3December 1st 2022, full refund will be issued. Possible bank charges and processing fees will be charged from the amount refunded and not covered by LCI 2020 ry.
b. Cancellation is to be made in writing to the official email of the event (mtm2023@ladiescircle.be).
c. For cancellation after cancellation period (01.12.2022), no refund will be made. In case of sickness, you are advised to consult your insurance company to claim possible refunds. Registration name changes are free of charge, even after the cancellation period.
5. You confirm that you will adhere to all applicable protocols in place for all parts of your journey (including transit countries), including those within Belgium, relating to SARS-COV-2 regulations.
6. Force Majeure
LCI 2020 ry has the right for cancellation of reservation without any liability in the event of war, terrorist action, restriction imposed by governmental, military or lawfully established civilian authorities, strikes, natural catastrophes, domestic disturbances or any other disturbance in Finland that are beyond organising party’s forces of control that make withholding to the contract impossible, illegal or unfavourable.
Any Party claiming a Force Majeure event shall use reasonable diligence to remove the condition that prevents performance and shall not be entitled to suspend performance of its obligations in any greater scope or for any longer duration than is required by the Force Majeure event.
